Job descriptionSafe operation of the branch - ensure all safety practices, policies, and requirements are followed Staff management including - staffing, performance and engagement Inventory control and shuttle truck operations Manage profitability Meet and exceed all customer service goals and expectations Associates degree in business or other related field Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of education requirements 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment Strong Computer skills Professional communication skills : verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face Demonstrated success in a leadership role Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Outgoing, positive personality Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done Bilingual English / Spanish Knowledge of Cat Systems

We are hiring a Parts Supervisor to supervise and perform the day-to-day operations of Mustang's Long Drive Parts Store.
