What You'll Do
The role involves :
- Determining methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel at the Team Lead level.
- Managing activities of two or more teams or departments.
- Regularly interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, division and / or customers.
- Responsible for managing organizational and / or contractual project budgets.
- Managing projects in a complex environment, ensuring retention of key clients and using in-depth industry knowledge and experience to identify / deliver innovative solutions for the client.
- Developing specific marketing plans and activities.
- Leading major proposals.
- Developing relationships and identifying opportunities that lead to significant sales or referrals.
- Acting as a role model for mentoring, coaching, and learning.
- Actively facilitating development in client or project setting, as well as through formal learning experiences.
- Actively contributing to successful recruitment of candidates and retention of existing team members.
- Working with various practice leaders to facilitate cross-functional teams to address complex client needs or opportunities.
- Working to ensure a quality product, as well as delivery of all work within established timeframes.
- Maintaining a professional image within the firm and projecting it to those outside the firm.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldMinimum 10 years of experienceTravel required to clients and to FTI office(s)Preferred Skills
Experience in the collection and analysis of complex operational and transactional dataExperience in working with clients on matters involving high-stakes litigation, significant monetary settlements or damages, and intensive regulatory investigationsAbility to work as a project leader on matters requiring analytical methodology, database design and complex data modeling.
