What You'll Do

The role involves :

• Determining methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel at the Team Lead level.
• Managing activities of two or more teams or departments.
• Regularly interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, division and / or customers.
• Responsible for managing organizational and / or contractual project budgets.
• Managing projects in a complex environment, ensuring retention of key clients and using in-depth industry knowledge and experience to identify / deliver innovative solutions for the client.
• Developing specific marketing plans and activities.
• Leading major proposals.
• Developing relationships and identifying opportunities that lead to significant sales or referrals.
• Acting as a role model for mentoring, coaching, and learning.
• Actively facilitating development in client or project setting, as well as through formal learning experiences.
• Actively contributing to successful recruitment of candidates and retention of existing team members.
• Working with various practice leaders to facilitate cross-functional teams to address complex client needs or opportunities.
• Working to ensure a quality product, as well as delivery of all work within established timeframes.
• Maintaining a professional image within the firm and projecting it to those outside the firm.
