Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Project Manager

Additionally, our client specializes in marketing automation, Salesforce and Pardot implementation, and technology consulting.
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing automation projects that enhance customer engagement and accelerate growth for our clients. In this role, you will manage multiple clients or projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement implementations and related marketing automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership & Client Management : Lead end-to-end MCAE implementation projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while consistently managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Consultative Approach : Guide clients on best practices, advise client growth on the Salesforce platform, and offer proactive and creative solutions while anticipating client needs.
- Implementation : Coordinate and complete the configuration of MCAE features such as automation rules, email templates, forms and CRM connector setup, ensure best practices and data integrity across all implementations.
- Project Delivery : Manage 10-15 Marketing Cloud Account Engagement projects from kickoff to closure. The average implementation requires 20 hours of combined project management, client training, and admin efforts. Maintain project timelines, communication plans and delivery documentation.
- Scope & Budget Management : Review statements of work with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and address out-of-scope requests, determining their impact on budget and timeline.
- Client Enablement & Transition : Facilitate post-implementation handoff, ensuring clients understand their MCAE configuration. Provide guidance for ongoing platform adoption and success.
