Flexible Packaging Sales Representative

Location : Addison, IL (On Site + Sales Calls) Division : Flexible Packaging Reports to : National Sales Director

About The Cary Company : We are launching a flexible packaging distribution offering to complement our core business and support long-term growth. If you enjoy building supplier networks, opening new logos, and creating repeatable playbooks, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for flexible packaging in target verticals such as food and beverage, personal care, nutraceuticals, and industrial.
• Source and negotiate with converters and film suppliers to ensure sustainability credentials and service level expectations.
• Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion through full-cycle sales.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and collateral; align with operations on forecasting and service.
• Maintain clean CRM data and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts within 10%.

What Success Looks Like

Compensation and Rewards

Base salary : $75,000-$85,000. Quarterly sales incentives on new business gross profit with margin guardrails. On-target earnings : $115,000$135,000 when goals are met. Additional upside as division grows.
