Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to our warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth workflow by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing documentation, and assisting with scheduling, reporting, and communication between warehouse staff and management.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update warehouse inventory records in the company’s database or inventory management system.

Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery notes.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory movement and resolve discrepancies.

Schedule and confirm deliveries, pickups, and incoming shipments with carriers and suppliers.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation of inventory records.

Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and answering phones.

Communicate effectively with other departments regarding order status, product availability, and special handling requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Support warehouse supervisors and managers with administrative needs as required.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics support is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping / receiving processes.
