Grant Consultants Ltd is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, promoting our products or services, and closing sales.
You will also be responsible for building lasting client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
- Promote and sell products or services to both existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Prior experience in sales is an advantage, though we welcome driven entry-level candidates with strong communication skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Confident negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.Proficient with basic computer tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Powered by JazzHR
