As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting guests, and responding to security-related incidents, all while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Tue12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Thur04 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and directing visitors as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences at the front desk.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, supporting Allied Universal and client personnel.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to help to deter unwanted behavior and / or unauthorized access.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a valid state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
