Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and expand a portfolio which may include commercial and agricultural relationships within the community.
• Administer and monitor existing loans to ensure compliance with loan agreements and bank policies.
• Achieve customer service goals as outlined in the Credit Services Department’s annual operating plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate loan processing and servicing.
• Respond promptly to inquiries or requests for information related to loan accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of loan activities, client interactions, and compliance documentation.

Requirements : Basic Qualifications

Education / Training : A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required; specialized bank lending education and training.

Skill(s) : Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and sales skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank commercial products and services; a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services; valid driver’s license.

Experience : A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related loan position normally required.
