Job descriptionProven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant. Willingness to relocate to Tulsa and attend a 7-week paid training program in Dallas (housing provided). Excellent communication and team-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ready to start training immediately upon selection. Front of House Manager Mi Cocina (Tulsa)

Mi Cocina is looking for a passionate Front of House Manager to help bring our exciting vision to life in Tulsa! Were expanding rapidly and looking for culture-driven leaders ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold Mi Cocinas high standards of service and hospitality.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and guest relations with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Partner with the kitchen and leadership teams to maintain seamless service and strong communication.
- Foster a positive, energetic culture that reflects our brand values and lively concept.
