Position Summary :

We’re seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Part-Time / PRN Dental Hygienist who thrives in a boutique-style setting and takes initiative to provide exceptional care. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is confident working independently and committed to educating patients about their oral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and exams
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations in a friendly, empowering way
• Take digital x-rays and accurately document findings in the practice software
• Recognize and communicate areas of concern to the dentist
• Maintain sterilization protocols and operatory cleanliness
• Manage your schedule efficiently with minimal supervision
• Help maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming patient environment
• Support occasional team events or marketing efforts (optional but encouraged!)
