\n Tell us about the unit(s) : \nNumber of Beds – 27 but can go up to 37 when using double rooms\nNumber of Staff – 38\nType of staff : \nDay Shift – 1 charge, 4 / 5 RN, 1 PCT and 1 Sec\nNight Shift – 1 charge 3 / 4 RN, 1 PCT and 1 Sec until 9pm\nPatient Ratios – 5 / 6 : 1\nType of equipment - Baxter pumps, SCD’s, wound vacs\nEMR – Meditech\n\nMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.\nBLS \n \nPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.\nMed / Surg experience \nEnd of life care experience\n\n
