Job Title : Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description

Responsible for warehouse shipping and receiving functions that support accurate and timely distribution of products to our customers. This role involves counting inventory items on a semi-annual basis and performing tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse. You will participate as a team member in various warehouse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Verify products pulled for each order using scan technology.
• Package orders using appropriate shipping and packaging materials to ensure safe shipment.
• Process related paperwork in preparation for the manifesting process.
• Work with team members to unload all incoming product shipments and sort products in preparation for stocking into aisle bin locations.
• Operate the shipping manifest system and review each packing list for shipping and handling instructions to ensure customer shipping requests are completed correctly.
• Separate manifested packages by freight carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, U.S. Mail) to ensure proper pick.
• Participate in the semi-annual inventory process by performing accurate counts for assigned accessories and mainframes.
• Complete special order requirements as requested, such as kits, battery, and antenna swaps.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment, working within a team of six. Expect temperature variations according to climate, exhaust fumes, and noise from shipping trucks and other equipment. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of KIRKLAND, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
