Position Overview

PRE-TEC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Planner / Analyst to join our team. In this role you will help optimize how we plan, build, report on, and deliver automation projects. You will act as a bridge between engineering, manufacturing, project management, and service / support, helping ensure we make data-driven decisions, maintain accurate visibility, streamline workflows, and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management, operations, purchasing, service / support) to gather, clarify, and document business requirements to support project execution.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track project status, budget vs. actual, and resource capacity.
• Leverage our ERP system(s) to ensure accurate capturing of project data (costs, scheduling, resource allocation), facilitate forecasting, and provide visibility across departments.
• Assist in process mapping and documentation between engineering and production.
