Call Center Agent

This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of the client, and finding solutions to them. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include remote work, shift-based in a Call Center that works 24 / 7, and the Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements include :
