Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director of Assessments and Referrals the Intake Nurse (RN) is responsible to screen patient admissions and communicate information to the physician to determine if patient meets level of care. This position works closely with nursing department clinical staff and Intake department to ensure timely admission of patients. This position will contribute to department meetings quality initiatives and maintain services within TJC requirements.
