We’re currently seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator who will also maintain a small IRIS Consultant caseload . This dual-role position supports performance and quality improvement (PQI) across the program, leads workgroups, manages special projects, and supports operational functions. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in data analysis, process improvement, and collaborative environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a reduced IRIS Consultant caseload while managing quality initiativesSupport program staff with best practices, certification standards, and LSS guidelinesAnalyze and manage data in spreadsheets and databases; prepare reportsCollaborate with PQI and IT teams to develop efficient data collection toolsAssist in ICA certification preparation and maintain compliance standardsDevelop and implement program evaluation tools (e.g., surveys, record reviews)Act as liaison with DHS for record reviews and fraud allegation assessmentsProvide performance feedback and benchmark metrics across programsParticipate in strategic reviews, trainings, and agency-wide initiativesSupport continuous improvement of business processes and client outcomes???? QualificationsBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education, or related field and at least 1 year of supervised experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities OR 4+ years of direct experience in social services with seniors or individuals with disabilities OR Current IRIS Consultant in good standing with DHS exemptionStrong commitment to person-centered care and promoting independenceProficiency with smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of human behavior, group dynamics, and social interactionAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and initiativeAbility to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment????
