Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family NP Locum to work coverage in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Length of Assignment : start 11 / 3 / 2025, or as soon as credentialed. Ask if you are a Locum considering a Permanent roll-over.

The Family NP Role(s) :

  • Schedule : Mon-Thurs, 7a-4p.
  • Duration : 11 / 3-2 / 26 / 26
  • Census : Ages 2+. Average 2-3 patients per hour
  • Support : FNP and RN.
  • Setting : On-site clinics. Either at businesses or stand-alone clinics
  • Dispensary : Yes

Requirements of the Family NP role :

  • WI state license; active, unrestricted.
  • Shadow training. No interview.
  • Board certified and True Board Eligible (2-5 years post-graduation)
  • Certifications BLS and / or ACLS.
  • COVID vaccination if not, must agree to weekly testing (or as requested).
  • Minimum : 3-years of clinical experience
  • CV education and work history in MM / YYYY format
