As an Industrial Engineering Co-Op, you will be responsible for performing time studies, creating / updating work instructions, and maintaining other process / product-related documents. They will also be responsible for assisting with Kaizen events and other activities that support the day-to-day operations of the electronics plant. The main purpose of this position is to assist Hunter Electronics’ department with its Industrial Engineering needs.

This position is for a Spring 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2026 and running through the spring semester.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform time studies.
• Develop / update work instructions.
• Make updates to the plant layout as necessary.
• Work with operators / management to identify improvement opportunities for the factory.
• Assist with other activities to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the plant.
