Corrosion Service Manager

Job Description

Summary

The Corrosion Services Manager provides leadership and technical expertise for corrosion-related projects across the company. This role supports business development, project execution, quality assurance, compliance, and personnel development, while also serving as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams. The position reports to the Integrity Services Director and requires 25–30% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical staff, supporting recruiting, training, and career development.
• Oversee scope development, design direction, quality assurance, and compliance for corrosion projects.
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and clients; maintain industry knowledge and standards.
• Support business development through proposals, client relationships, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and standards across workstreams.
• Represent the company in AMPP (NACE) committees, events, and membership oversight.
