Job Description
POSITION : Sr. Statistical Programmer
Provide programming support to clinical studies and submissions
Develop and maintain programs to produce and / or validate CDISC compliant SDTM and ADaM analysis datasets, ad-hoc and exploratory analyses, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed
Develop and maintain programs to produce and / or validate tables, figures, and listings for ad-hoc and exploratory analyses for publications, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed
Create specifications for dataset generation in accordance with SDTM IG, ADaM IG and SAP
Develop, maintain, and understand SAS macros and other utility programs
Design, develop, and test solutions to meet complex business requirements
Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
The ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines with quality is crucial for project-based contract work
Skills :
Work experience in a pharmaceutical / biotech (preferred) or related industry
Solid programming background and advanced SAS programming skills required.
CDISC experience in SDTM / ADaM standards are required
Prior submission experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Other statistical software knowledge is a plus (R, S-Plus, WinBugs, etc.)
Programming skills or experiences with VBA, C++, Python, etc. are helpful
Education :
B.A. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
Pay range : 75-82 / hr
