Client Services Administrator

Position Overview : Performs all duties as needed for customer service, account management, sales reporting, administrative support, and HR liaison for Belleville facility.

Essential Job Functions : Responsibilities that must be completed

• Customer Service Responsibilities
• Prepare quotes
• Process purchase orders
• Invoices
• Issue credit memos / RMA
• Answer and direct all incoming calls
• Account Management
• New customer set-up
• Collect and maintain tax certificates or tax exemptions
• Process W-9’s
• Sales Reporting
• Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers as requested
• Monthly commissions report
• HR Duties
• Review and submit hourly timesheets for payroll
• Monitor and institute corporate HR directives
• Administrative Tasks
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Greet visitors
• Other duties as assigned

Training : Several months of on the job training and job shadowing will be provided.

Qualifications :

Education & Certifications : Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Experience : At least 3 years prior experience in an office environment handling customer service requests, administrative tasks, reporting, etc. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access required.

Key Competencies : Ability to multi-task, customer service oriented, attention to detail.

Physical Requirements : Sitting for 95% of the day.
