User Experience Design Lead

Key Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for UX standards across customer personas

Conduct user research and refine designs based on feedback and analytics

Oversee UX design for internal and external products, collaborating with product leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field

7+ years of experience in UX / Product Design, with 3-4 years in a senior or lead role

Demonstrated design leadership in healthcare workflows

Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

Experience designing for complex healthcare ecosystems and compliance with regulations
