Our client in Berlin, CT, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. If you have the required skills and experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts accurately.
• Ensure the timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor files and records.
• Assist in month-end closings and reporting activities.
• Communicate with vendors to address payment statuses and inquiries promptly.
• Support any audits and compliance requirements to ensure proper documentation and adherence.
