We are looking for a Collections Specialist for to join our team on our journey to a better tomorrow.

Your role

Your mission as a Collections Specialist is to work with customer to resolve payment discrepancies, collaborate with internal departments, and provide comprehensive reports to support credit and collections management, contributing to organizational success. You will report to the Credit Controll Manager.

• You will determine action to be taken in collection of past due customer and initiate timely collection activities via phone calls and / or collection letters.

You will add and release Overall Account blocks to customer accounts that are in delinquent status.
