The Gig : What You'll Be Doing

Content Architect : Collaborate with the Marketing Team to brainstorm, develop, and execute groundbreaking content strategies that stop the scroll and turn viewers into concert-goers.

Social Media Maestro : Own and operate all our key digital channelsFacebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedInkeeping them vibrant, relevant, and buzzing. Youll be the first to jump on new trends, features, and platforms.

Brand Guardian : Ensure the unmistakable, consistent, and energetic voice of the Pabst Theater Group shines through every post, tweet, and blog entry.

Visual Virtuoso : Flex your creative muscles by assisting with light graphic design tasks to produce compelling, eye-catching imagery that complements our stellar video and photo content.

Trend Hunter : Live and breathe the social landscape. Youll be constantly researching new platform developments, algorithm shifts, and content best practices to keep PTG ahead of the curve.

PRIMARY PURPOSE : The Digital Content Coordinator collaborates with the Marketing Team to develop new content ideas and concepts for Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC). A key component of this job requires staying up to date on new developments in social media. This position is responsible for developing and executing content on our social media channels which includes Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok and LinkedIn, as well as the companys Blog. The Digital Content Coordinator helps to ensure that the voice of our brand is consistent throughout all platforms.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Posts relevant content for over 500 events per year across all social media platforms.
• Meets deadlines for social posts that are communicated by PTG team members and Artists teams.
• Creates organic social media content across all platforms.
• Handles community management on all social media platforms.
• Sets up and executes social promotions for followers.
• Handles scheduling for photographers and ensures photos are approved by tours if needed.
• Creates Facebook photo albums for each show.
• Writes and schedules messaging for digital marquee.
• Writes and schedules content for the Green Room Blog.
• Researches what other brands are doing in the digital content space and provides recommendations.
• Tracks quarterly, semi-annual, and annual growth of all social media pages and Blog.
• Organizes monthly calendars for coffee shops and retail distributed by our volunteer team.
• Organizes monthly record store promotions.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
• Provides assistance with graphic design as needed.
• Adheres to all safety standards
• Performs other job duties as assigned.

WORK LOCATION(s) and SCHEDULE : The majority of the work for this position is performed Monday Friday on first shift at the Pabst Theater Group corporate office in downtown Milwaukee. However, the position also occasionally requires work to be performed in the evenings or on weekends at any of the Pabst Theater Group locations within the metropolitan Milwaukee area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The work environment consists of historic buildings that host live music. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily located indoors at Pabst Theater Group Corporate Office. Occasionally the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions when working at other Pabst Theater Group venues. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to loud, depending on the type of event. Conditions can include normal to low light conditions.

SCHEDULE :

Typically a weekday position, however, weeknights or weekends may be required to incorporate event requirements.
