Director of Nursing - RN (Columbia)

Novaris are partnered with a well-known Senior Living provider in the search for a Director of Nursing within Missouri. The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse , and should possess experience acting as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee clinic supervision of all nursing services
• Guide Nursing staff, RN's and Care Givers
• Conduct regular assessments for residents
• Maintain within compliance of all national and regional compliances
• Manage medication systems
