Grounds Keeper Lead
Broadway Facility
Position Summary :
The individuals selected for this position will be responsible for general grounds keeping duties, painting, repair work, clearing and installing bathroom fixtures, drywall repairs, etc. Job duties may vary depending on time of year and weather. This position will back up the offal yard jockey position.
Education and Experience Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skill Summary :
- Must back up offal yard jockey
- Excellent attendance and work record
- Able to lift 80-100 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
Able to work in different types of environments
