Salesforce Developer / Analyst with Omni Studio(Certified) We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Analyst with strong expertise in OmniStudio and Experience Cloud to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions across various business functions. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Aura . Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio (OmniStudio Consultant certification preferred). Configure Salesforce to support business needs : custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / SCRUM environment to deliver projects and enhancements. Work on integration solutions using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Participate in project meetings, sprint reviews, and team discussions using tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow . Requirements : Required Skills & Experience : 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio , Experience Cloud , Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura. Proven experience in Salesforce platform configuration and customization. Deep understanding of integration best practices. Experience working in Agile development environments . Familiarity with Git , CI / CD pipelines , and DevOps practices . Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications (Preferred) : Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant Salesforce Platform Developer I and / or II
