Westaff is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.Customer Service Representative for our client in North Billerica MA!

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics Operations

Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and material handling for line of calcium silicate products.

Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods with freight carriers and logistics providers.

Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Oversee packaging and loading of large-format insulation boards, ensuring all materials are properly protected and labeled.

Maintain and update shipping documentation, BOLs, packing slips, and customer shipment confirmations.

Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Production team to align inventory movements with manufacturing schedules.

Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols consistent with OSHA and Client standards.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory control through daily cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits.

Record and reconcile all material movements in ERP system (NetSuite).

Work closely with Purchasing and Production to anticipate material needs and avoid stockouts.

Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly.

Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and direct customers regarding order status, lead times, and deliveries.

Process incoming orders, returns, and special requests with accuracy and attention to customer specifications.

Coordinate with Accounting on invoicing accuracy, freight billing, and documentation.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing clear communication and timely resolutions.

Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with preferred distributors and strategic customers.

Team Leadership

Supervise warehouse associates and drivers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance for safety and quality.

Train and cross-train employees on proper handling
