Lead Software Engineer

At Exodus, we are embarking on several thrilling engineering initiatives, and we're on the lookout for experienced Lead Software Engineers to help propel these projects forward. With clear new priorities in place, we are aiming for widespread adoption of our wallet SDK, enhancing the performance of our Exchange, which is our core revenue driver, and significantly improving our React Native mobile app’s speed. Additionally, we are committed to establishing consistent performance regression monitoring and enriching developer experience.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Design, develop, and launch features based on the engineering and product roadmaps.
• Conduct insightful code reviews to maintain high quality in our codebase.
• Collaborate with engineering and product managers to assess and strategize technical projects.
• Continuously refine and enhance the code architecture.
• Respond proactively to incidents and system challenges.
