Summary : The Business Services Representative serves as the primary link between DOL's Division of Employment & Training and the business community. Delivers workforce development programs and services that help employers recruit, hire and train employees. Promotes Division programs, services, and resources and drive their adoption through telemarketing, targeted emailing, in-person visits and events. Supports employer recruiting through job orders, job fairs, and hiring events. Connects employers with job seekers. Represents Division at community events. Supports employers use of Delaware JobLink.
