Job Title : Advanced Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

As an Advanced Maintenance Technician, you will execute preventative maintenance on equipment and building facilities, troubleshoot various types of manufacturing equipment to minimize machine downtime, and use a broad range of hand and machine tools for equipment disassembly and reassembly, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment and building facilities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to limit machine downtime.
• Use hand and machine tools to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Perform building maintenance duties, including troubleshooting light electrical equipment, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Initiate machine programs using CNC or PC programmers.
• Identify and remediate safety hazards and concerns.
• Work with outside contractors to ensure timely business objectives.
• Utilize shop math, complicated drawings, specifications, charts, and various measuring instruments.
• Perform machining and welding tasks.
• Stay updated with maintenance training of electronic and hydraulic systems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and lean principles, including formal problem-solving.
• Clean equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $69076.80 - $85404.80 / yr.
