Engineer II

Overview

Engineer II at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts supports the Director of Engineering in day?to?day operations. The role provides service and repairs to hotel equipment, responds to inquiries, and promotes maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update logs.
• Repair equipment (motors, starters, breakers, chillers, etc.) throughout the building.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co?workers and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
• Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
• Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
• Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and electrical setups for exhibits including maintenance of those setups.

Location & Salary

Brentwood, TN $80,000.00-$155,000.00
