We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between our customers and our product engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineer who is as comfortable writing production-quality code as they are guiding customers through complex technical challenges.

As the primary technical point of contact for customers pursuing integrations with our platform, you will provide expert advice, design guidance, and hands-on support. When needed, you'll contribute code improvements within our product to streamline integrations. In addition, you will design and build pluggable integration modules for third-party software that enable faster adoption of our technology.

This is a customer-facing senior role that demands not only deep technical proficiency but also excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You will succeed by ensuring customers feel confident, supported, and empowered in their integration journey—while driving improvements that make our product stronger and more versatile.
