• You're officially licensed as a Residential Wireman or Journeyman to work as an electrician in Texas.
• You've been in the game for at least 3 years, ideally with a focus on service and repair.

• Independent, good with time management, and ready to hustle.
• Physically fit to lift, climb, and crawl without breaking a sweat.
