What You’ll Do :

• Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance functional abilities and promote independence
• Deliver interventions in schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or home health settings
• Educate patients, families, and staff on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, discharge planning, and transitional care coordination
