Join American Family's top life-producing agency in Kansas as an Account Manager at the Abbott Agency in Overland Park. You'll manage a portfolio of 250 customer accounts, provide proactive support, cross-sell and upsell insurance products, and achieve monthly sales goals. Responsibilities
Manage and support a portfolio of approximately 250 customer accounts.
Conduct annual Policyholder Insurance Reviews (PIRs) and provide proactive account support.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers.
Send birthday mailers and maintain regular customer communication.
Document all customer interactions in agency systems.
Ask for referrals and online reviews from satisfied clients.
Quote a minimum of 2 households per day using provided leads.
Requirements
Must obtain Kansas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance licenses before start date.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales experience preferred but not required.
High ethical standards and commitment to agency values.
Achieve the following monthly sales goals :
$10,000 in new line premium
15 new business items
3 life applications
150 items quoted
