(Y / N) : No Required / Preferred Years of experience REQ : 1 Year First time travelers accepted : Yes National Certs REQ : BLS, ARRT (R) and SCQRSA Radiation Badge REQ : Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Equipment Experience Req : c-arm and fluoro experience preferred Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs Local Radius : 60 miles Locals Accepted : Locals Accepted : Yes, at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility : Acute Care Hospital Scrub Color : Black or Teal Charting : EPIC, Sectra PACS Parking Cost : Downtown parking lots require a parking pass which we distribute at badge pickup. There is no fee to park. Parking lots and garages available. Garages clearance is only for average SUV truck. Hurricane Season

• Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
