We operate in three states serving our six service lines - Infrastructure + Analytics, Site, Structures, Survey, Transportation, and Water Resources. We have office locations in Missouri – St. Louis and Jefferson City, Illinois - Collinsville and Effingham and Kentucky – Louisville and Prestonsburg.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Roadway Project Manager to support our CDI mission in Building Stronger Communities. By designing municipal roadway and highway projects, you will be supporting our mission and developing a better tomorrow.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing transportation engineering projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design and coordinating work with other staff and design team members
• Signing / sealing work as required
• Serving as a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local officials
• Design and plan production for municipal roadways, interstate highways, intersections, interchanges, ADA compliant sidewalks and multi-use facilities
• Provide roadway design elements including horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, intersection layout, drainage design, pedestrian facility design, utilities conflict and relocations, as well as other roadway design tasks
• Work collaboratively with CDI Service Leaders, Project Engineers, and other team members to develop effective project solutions
• Displaying an eagerness to work on a wide variety of project types
• Ensuring compliance with CDI's safety and QA / QC procedures

Education and Experience :

This role can be based out of Collinsville, IL, Effingham, IL, St. Louis, MO, Jefferson City, MO, Louisville, KY or Prestonsburg, KY. The travel expected is up to 10%.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$120,000 / year. Compensation will vary based upon relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
