Casino Manager
The Casino Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of slot machine operations, ensuring maximum profitability, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership in managing slot floor performance, optimizing game placement, supervising staff, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and engagement. The Casino Manager also ensures that all Gaming, Health Department, and Company policies are strictly followed while creating a positive and welcoming guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze slot machine performance, including hold percentages, coin-in, and revenue metrics, adjusting layouts to maximize profitability.
- Supervise, train, and develop slot attendants, technicians, supervisors, bartenders, and porters to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Address player concerns promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction, showing enthusiasm and care for delivering a world-class guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with NCG regulations, Minimum Internal Control standards, Internal Controls procedures, Responsible Gaming practices, and AML requirements.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard team members who meet performance and service expectations.
- Stay informed on slot technology, systems, and industry trends to drive operational innovation.
- Generate reports, analyze performance data, and recommend strategies to senior leadership for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Manage financial performance including P&L statements, labor management, and expense control.
- Enforce systems, policies, and procedures that ensure safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and healthy work environment, ensuring staff compliance with required work certifications.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age.57 years of gaming industry experience required.At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a casino setting.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in casino management systems.Working knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.Strong financial management skills, including experience managing P&L statements.Familiarity with labor management and scheduling practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with guests, staff, and management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.Must be able to obtain and maintain required work certifications, including Alcohol Awareness, Health, and Gaming licenses.Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.Supervisory Responsibilities
