ServiceNow Administrator Developer

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator / Developer Journeyman to support their US Coast Guard program in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness

Design and develop queries, reports, dashboards, and configure ServiceNow modules and forms

Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience

At least 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer

Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and relevant programming languages

ServiceNow Administrator Certification and understanding of ITIL
