We are currently seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to join our expanding team.

• Position Overview

The Experienced HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to performing high-quality work.

• Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install HVAC equipment, components, and controls (as applicable)
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Document work performed and communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of HVAC field experience
• (service and / or installation)
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical fundamentals
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, attics, outdoors, etc.)

• Experience with commercial systems or HVAC controls

Pay : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
