Clinic-based ENT role with a mix of outpatient and surgical care. The provider will cover 5 clinic days and 2 surgical days monthly. Works with an on-site PA who   handles clinic support. Long-term commitment preferred. Financial credentialing and payer authorization are required since all surgeries are elective.
