Supplier Management Lead

As part of the Enterprise Services Applications (ESA) domain within the Digital organization of RTX, the Supplier Management Lead is responsible for overseeing strategic and operational relationships with our key suppliers. This role is responsible for ensuring supplier performance, driving adoption of existing agreements, and developing new and innovative delivery models that enhance value, quality, and efficiency.

What You Will Do :

• Manage Relationships manage relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring alignment of business needs and performance expectations.
• Drive Adoption drive adoption and compliance with existing supplier agreements and commercial frameworks.
• Drive and Implement New Supplier Agreements - develop in collaboration with Vendor Management Office (VMO) / Enterprise Services Partnerships and Procurement team new supplier agreements and delivery models to improve service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Strategic Sourcing co-lead in partnership with Enterprise Services Partnerships teams - Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes end-to-end.
• Monitor Supplier Performance Monitor supplier performance, risk, and compliance through structured governance and reporting.
• Market Knowledge Stay abreast market teams (e.g. managed services, automation, AI-enabled support, offshore / onshore models) to inform strategy and innovation opportunities.

Work Location : Remote

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
