Pain Management, Locums Physician - Texas, No Call

Join a reputable outpatient pain practice near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. This Texas assignment is a great fit for intervention-focused PM&R physicians.

Highlights :

  • No call required, all outpatient
  • 4-day work week; includes dedicated procedure days
  • Long-term assignment starting this winter
  • Weekly pay and credentialing support

Practice Setting :

  • Large, multidisciplinary pain team with 5 physicians and 4 APPs
  • On-site pain psychologist
  • Mix of clinic and surgical center procedures
  • Dedicated support for med management via APPs

    • Schedule :

  • 4 days per week : ½ day clinic, 2 in-clinic procedure days, 1 day at surgical center
  • Clinic day includes 23 follow-ups in 20-minute blocks
  • Procedure volumes : 18 patients / day in clinic, 12 / day at surgery center

    • Cases and Procedures :

  • Includes neurolytic agent destruction and pain injections
  • Full support staff onsite
  • Focused on interventional pain medicine

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified in both PM&R and Pain Management
  • Texas license required (not open to IMLC)

    • Travel Accommodations :

  • Travel, lodging, and rental car covered
  • Near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
