PCHC has 11 sites which, together, provide medical, dental, and behavioral health as well as two on-site pharmacies and labs to serve over 25,000 patients. We are seeing a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at Pueblo Community Health Center in Pueblo, Colorado.
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering accessible healthcare to over 25,000 patients while working within a patient-centered care team model.
