Job Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly

Compensation : up to $64,410 / year

Primary responsibilities include :

• 15-20 client caseload in a residential substance use disorder program.
• Conduct assessments on clients to assess their mental health needs.
• Provide psychotherapy to those individuals to address those needs.
• Perform and conform with medication self-administration with oversight duties as per policy.
• Collaborate with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to address medication management issues.
• Facilitate consultation and referrals with other providers.
• Provide therapeutic intervention services when needed.
• Provide case management services to support clients linkages to the community.
• Must be able to maintain documentation in accordance with OASAS standards, maintain client confidentiality, as well as strong staff / client boundaries, and high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
