• Diagnose, repair, and rig marine outboards and inboards with precision.
• Perform factory-level service and installations using OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Conduct safety inspections and water / lake tests as needed.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure top-quality workmanship and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized work bays and accurate job documentation.
