What You’ll Do – Be the Solution, Not the Salesperson

At J.R. Snider, we don’t just treat water—we treat people right. As a Water Treatment Technician, your role isn’t to push products. It’s to solve water challenges and provide homeowners with the clean, safe water they deserve.

Your Core Responsibilities :

Test and Assess Water Quality – Conduct water tests and diagnose issues in residential systems

Install and Service Treatment Systems – Deliver expert installation, repair, and maintenance

Educate, Don’t Sell – Explain system options clearly, with no pressure—just honest solutions

Partner with Sales – Collaborate for a seamless and supportive customer experience

Work Safely and Professionally – Maintain a high standard in every home, every time

You’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to restore confidence in their water—and you’ll do it with integrity, care, and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed or Experienced Residential Plumber – 2+ years preferred

Excellent Communicator – Clear, respectful, and professional with homeowners

Technically Skilled – Comfortable using iPads, apps, and digital tools

Organized & Reliable – Takes pride in clean, precise work

Team-Oriented – Thrives in a collaborative environment

Physically Capable – Able to lift 80 lbs and handle physical demands

Eager to Specialize – Ready to grow in a high-demand, rewarding field
