As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a critical role in caring for patients with mental health challenges, while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. We are looking for compassionate, skilled professionals who can deliver clinical expertise, emotional support, and collaborative care to our patients and their families.

Location : Jena, Louisiana

Schedul e : AM & PM shifts – 7a-7p

Duration : PRN

Unit : BHU

Hourly Rate; $50.00

Qualifications :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisiana or Compact License
• Certifications : CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or SAMA (System for Managing Aggressive Behavior) certification required. (Certification must be maintained throughout employment.)
• Experience : Previous experience in behavioral health nursing or related clinical setting preferred.
• Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to de-escalate high-stress situations calmly and safely.
• Physical Demands : Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations and manage patients exhibiting aggressive behaviors
